At 10m cause all the waters we have here are about 10m :DAs for these guys. It's much easier to go down with some weight. If you have no weight you have a lot of buoancy at the surface but not much sinking effect deeper down. With proper weighting you achieve the perdect balance between rising and descending.

Why do you use weight-belts going deep?I never use weight-belt if I go deeper then 20m.I am making boyancy addjustment to be neutral on ~20m.My Q to you is; on what depth You have 0 (zero) boyancy ?
